SHIPPING
> AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and all orders are processed in AUD.

For delivery within Australia AURELIO COSTARELLA offers $18 flat-rate shipping, and complimentary shipping for orders over $500. For domestic shipping we prefer to use TNT or DHL courier services with a business address for delivery. Depending on your location, domestic orders have an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days after dispatch.

All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Perth, Western Australia. Orders placed on weekends or Western Australian public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery. No order will be left without a signature. To ensure prompt delivery we suggest your parcel be sent to an address where it can be received during normal business hours.

If a delivery cannot be made, a delivery card will be left by the courier company and you will be required to make arrangements for re-delivery. If the parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to AURELIO COSTARELLA. Original shipping charges will be applied to re-send the parcel. Deliveries will not be made to post office (PO) boxes.

During promotional or peak periods please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. While all care is taken, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery.

> INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For delivery to the rest of the world, AURELIO COSTARELLA offers $65 flat-rate shipping. For international delivery we use DHL Express. Depending on your location, international orders have an approximate delivery time of 7-10 business days after dispatch.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. It is prohibited by law to mark international orders as a ‘gift’ or ‘sample’.

AURELIO COSTARELLA will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or associated processes. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer. AURELIO COSTARELLA cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. Contact your local customs office for more information about taxes and duties.

RETURNS
We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied our returns process is simple.

Prior to any items being returned or refunded, approval must be sought from AURELIO COSTARELLA Customer Care on orders@aureliocostarella.com. You will be given an Authorisation Number which must be noted on your Return Authorisation Form and included with your return. Please note our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm AWST.  Refunds are at AURELIO COSTARELLA’s discretion and we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

Please note that SALE items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

All approved return requests must be received by AURELIO COSTARELLA within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted unless deemed faulty.

All deliveries are dispatched with a Return Authorisation Form. This document must be completed and returned with your order.

Items must be returned unused/unworn and with all designer garment tags still attached with original method of attachment intact.

All original packaging must be returned in good condition.

Items may only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange the stock reservation.

AURELIO COSTARELLA will only accept returned goods from our E-boutique, we do not accept or process any items that have come from one of our retailers. Authorised refunds will be given using your original payment method, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return shipping must be a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. AURELIO COSTARELLA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. AURELIO COSTARELLA will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
